I patch holes and lining, fix or replace broken zippers (including waterproof zippers), and install new buttons & velcro. Broken drawcords, frayed pocket bags and failing seam tape are common repairs. I also install new features like pockets and drawcords. Down jacket has a rip? I patch that too!

I can repair any rips and tears, replace zippers, add a side zipper or a pocket as long as the pack can be turned inside out.
I can also replace buckles and ladder locks, repair or replace straps.

Zippers
I repair or replace zippers on most sewn soft goods including coats, pants, tents, sleeping bags and packs. Sometimes a zipper can be repaired by simply replacing the slider (the metal moving part). When the teeth are worn down/missing/dirty, a full zipper replacement is usually the best solution for a long lasting repair.
